What really is a set?

Wikipedia defines a set as a collection of elements. But what is an element? Wikipedia defines an element as an object that belongs to a set. hmmm

82% of women who took an mRNA vaccine had a miscarriage

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8117969/

Look at table 4 and the notes just below it: out of 827 pregnant women, 700 got their first dose in the third trimester, meaning that 127 women got their first dose in the first two trimesters. Those 700 couldn't possibly have had a miscarriage, because miscarriages are defined as being in the first two trimesters. If they had a miscarriage they couldn't have been included in the study as they would have gotten the vaccine after completing their pregnancy.
So the only women who could have been included in the study and who could have had miscarriages are the 127 women who got their first dose in the first two trimesters.
Now let's look at miscarriages (spontaneous abortions): 104 cases in 127 women, meaning that getting vaxxed with an mRNA vaccine in the first two trimesters of pregnancy results in a miscarriage in 82% of cases.
