What exactly is psychopathy? How does it develop? Is it genetic?

Also can you suggest me some good books or documentaries on psychopathy? I want to read about it's history and treatment for a report.

There is many opinions from psychopathy being a variant brain structure to developmental disorder to a personality disorder
It is genetic. Primary psychopathy it is a innate/born condition and secondary psychopathy or sociopathy it is a trauma induced condition with genetic basis

Most clinicians I do not think will actually use these terms and will lump it under antisocial personality disorder, i.e in most places you will not be diagnosed as 'a psychopath'

I don't really see how this would come about -- if they were intelligent, then they would just be more adept at solving whatever problems arise in the process of satisfying their instincts. It's not like a special tool that they have to consciously decide to pick up and use.

I actually did my research and I believe that due to the small size of our electeonics, the magnetic field variation caused even just by the strongest CME shouldn't cause the destruction of the circuits and of the electrons in HDDs and SSDs by induced current. However, keep your house electrical grid disconnected and open.

solar flares aren't dangerous to consumer electronics, mostly because you can see them coming days ahead which in turn means any actually serious flare can be countered by power companies shutting the network down for the flare. Consumer electronics aren't nearly large enough to actually generate strong enough currents to break themselves on their own.
