The behavioural changes which are manifesting in human societies through the regular prescription and use/misuse of stimulants, antidepressants, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, sedatives, hypnotics and benzodiazepines poses an existential risk.
The science is clear and there is too much to list but the emotional blunting which is sometimes also observed with use of anticonvulants leads to a measurable decline in pain empathy. Combinations of these drugs which are commonly prescribed reduce pain empathy to a point where we can't measure a baseline in studies. No one should be allowed on these drugs for more than 3 months this is so glaringly obvious even if you don't know the literature.

Diarrhea is either >your bowel movements feel pressured. the shit comes out rather rapidly and sloppily. unlike a proper healthy shit, it's watery, however it still has a somewhat bulky form. your anus may feel hot for a few moments. after you dispense the shit you feel relief as the toxicity has left your body. you may feel a little awkward from the experience

The form of the shit is a variation between shredded paper and what can only be described as burning hot lava. This one isn't going to end quickly. It always feels like there's more to go each time you dispense, even when you're down to just a few drops of lava in every push. The pain in your intestine is intolerable, and you eventually remove all your clothes to give your body full flexibility to try and manage it. The pain and efforts to relieve it may distract you from keeping your anus open at all times. If it retracts, you feel a pounding on your insides, giving you a glimpse of what anal penetration is like. After a long time, it truly does feel like nothing is going to come out anymore. The agony and hopelessness have left you shaken to your core and demoralised. You don't feel the toxicity has left you, and indeed the persisting pain in your gut may mean there is more to come in a few hours.
Why is this difference so extreme? What are the biological explanations and causes?
I get nuclear fission. You break the atom apart, it creates smaller atoms and excess energy. That makes sense. It's like a bomb, it blows up and the energy is dispersed.
But how the fuck does fusion create energy? You need to use energy to fuse the two atoms, so it should be a net consumption of energy. It makes no sense that nuclear fusion generates energy.
