iq and suicide

No.13468328 ViewReplyOriginalReport
is there any correlation between iq score and suicide? ive been looking through google and sci archives and i see lots of very different opinions, some say higher iq equals higher rates of suicide because they better understand how fucked life is while being low iq lets you live in ignorant bliss, some say that lower iq is higher risk of suicide because they are poor and confused while high iq have their shit figured out, some say that its highest among true midwits because they are too smart to enjoy menial labour but not smart enough to contribute intellectually, some say theres no correlation, some say that being higher iq puts you into a more polarised average range where theres more people killing themselves but also more people leading extremely happy productive lives, what is your theory on this?

Digital Age Education Reform

No.13467726 ViewReplyOriginalReport
In the digital age, the world is increasingly becoming more and more technologically advanced, and as automation replaces jobs, more and more technical knowledge is required to be a contributing member of society, unless you have some unique talent. Heavy knowledge in IT should be required for graduating high school.

We should outright get rid of common core, since it was literally designed to help achieve equity, according to it's creator, David Coleman, the same guy who came up with the idea for the SAT adversity score. He's the CEO of the college board. We should come up with a system that doesn't indirectly function to slow down the smarter students. Don't expect any hardcore primary and secondary education reform in the USA. China already outdoes us in primary and secondary education if you put emphasis on PISA scores, and it's only a matter of time before their universities become better than ours. Education reform of this vastness could be done is various European countries, especially Poland and Hungary, since they aren't run by any modern leftists who would shut down such a program the moment they noticed non-white students performing worse.
