I was drunkely half asleep when I was staring at my phone. 2 ghetto female hackers got into my phone and prevented me from acessing youtube so I called them niggers. But I personally think pomodoro tech won't work with procrastination since you will just make that 5 minute break into 15/50/150 minutes.
IMHO, if you have procrastination issues, the "grip and hold" approach - "just start doing something forcefully and don't stop until you physically can't continue" - is more effective.

I'm not OP, but have the same issue.

The problem is, even if I force myself to study I get super bored/tired after around 40-50 minutes and I can't focus anymore and I keep daydreaming. (unless I love the topic deeply)
But that's not feasible, since I'm forced to study modules that aren't really related to the bachelor's degree I chose.

I swear it wasn't this bad in high school, I could just plow through the boring stuff, now it's extremely hard. The only difference was, that I actually talked to people during high school, but since it's all online now I never talk to anyone.

Maybe lack of social contact fucked me up, or never having a relationship and loneliness in general finally caught up with me.
Maybe it's a motivation issue because I don't really know what will bring me happiness, even after I graduate and earn money what reason is there to continue living life?
I will never kill myself, but everything feels bland and boring.

Can't help you with that, I have a mild OCD when it comes to things like that, so even if the stuff is boring, I instinctively try to understand it in order to rewrite/optimize/regurgiate it into less boring version.
That, of course, provides it's own set of fucking problems when learning shit.

I do it just to satisfy my craving to have some information. But the thing is, I got bored of Internet first.

Oh, I remember another trick. Try to make yourself do some task that you don't like more, and then you will do an original task in order to procrastinate on that new task.
It's hilarious but it sometimes works well.

The important part of the brain is the basal ganglia. The nerves leaving it are axons stemming from the neurons. Head transplants haven been done with animals but resulted in paralysis and death by organ failure and infection days later. The most difficult part of neurology are biochemical and electrical synapses. Neuron transplants have worked in animals. That's your best hope with neurology. Transplant an organ all the way up to the neurons. You will need to dump them into a ventricle in a brain and hope they absorb into ISF. You will probably go through a ton.
