Why haven't we begun looking for UAP's in the skies of other planets/moons in our solar system?

If there is any plausibility to these being Von Neumann probes, or any type of extraterrestrial origin, then wouldn't we want to check other bodies in our solar system for the same phenomenon?

These three images were captured on Mars by the Curiosity rover on July 9th 2019.
They are seconds apart, based on their time stamps.
I don't believe it is likely to be a glitch, as it occurs in three different locations of the images across the sequence. Unlikely to be a meteor as there is no streak or tail. Could it be a dust particle near the camera lens? It's somewhat large for a dust particle on Mars. (Mars dust is very fine as far as I know, probably couldn't/shouldn't appear at that size, even near the lens)

Normally, you'd be able to confirm whether this is physical or not, by whether both navigation cameras captured it. The nav cams were not running in stereo at the time of this photo, and only the right nav cam took images... So, no way to confirm via the left nav images... (They allegedly, do not exist.)

It is not difficult to knock someone up, especially if you are TRYING to for months to years on end.

I subscribe to the frozen shell. How could it not be? From an outside observers perspective (us), time dialation becomes infinite at the EH.
