So I have a medical sheet that tells me the various types of plants and pollens I'm allergic to, but how do i figure out if any of the proteins responsible for these allergies are also ingredients in the vaccine?

If Newtonian mechanics were not “true” but still applicable why should I assume relativity theory totally got it right this time and isn’t just another wrong interpretation but a good tool for application? Shouldn’t I view all science as interpretation or theory and not reality?
