force of will productivity

No.13663376 ViewReplyOriginalReport
from a scientific point of view:

Im at a point in my life in which i need to do a lot of thigns. What is the best way to do good things 100% of the time correctly.

I have no problem with force of will, i can force myself to do whatever i want in any case. But if i work all day long then i cant sleep, and then i feel like shit, and even tough i work at my 100% drinking coffe until i literally faint, the results are much worse than if i just rest 1/2 of the day and work 1/2 of the day.

But i know most people don't rest 1/2 of the day to get things good. Also, some monks set themselves on fire and dont flinch, so there has to be a way for me to work 100% of the time or close to it with no problem.

what is the objective method to achieve this?

is it safe to say unless the contradiction is demonstrated the null cannot be proven, just that there is insufficient evidence for it to be disproven? like suppose you're looking to see if someone is not infected with a pathogen. you cannot be sure even if they show no symptoms or doesn't come up on testing that they really are pathogen free. but you can be sure they are infected when you find the pathogen which is the contradiction.
