For me, it has worked amazing. 1/2 - 1 tsp of turpentine is dribbled onto 3 cubic cm sugar cubes. I then liquid fast for 18-22 hours while following a few detox protocols. About 2 hours after taking turpentine, I have a drink that is 32 oz water, 1 tsp activated charcoal, 1 tsp diatomaceous earth, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp MSM powder, about 30 drops of Sole Salt, 1/2 tsp of MagO7 or Ionic Mg, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper and 100 mg of Niacin. The sugar baits the pathogens and the turpentine kills them, but then their death and die off causes sickness unless I use coffee enemas or the drink I just mentioned to pull them out. I also make sure my bowels are moving a lot that day. The drink I just mentioned works very well....I'll wait a little bit and have another bowel-moving drink 1/2 tsp of potassium bicarbonate, 1/4-1/2 tsp of mucuna prierns extract, lemon juice, 25 calorie rockstar energy drink, 1.3 grams of kratom, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, 20 drops ionic magnesium, and 1/2 tsp of MSM. Finally, I will follow this drink with another: 1/2 tsp white willow bark, 1/8 tsp EDTA, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 5 drops fulvic acid, 20 drops ionic magnesium, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 4 drops of DMSO, 1 capsule NAC + selenium, 1/2 tsp of organic camu camu powder and 1/2 tsp of Vitamin C.
