How is it scientifically possible to swim like this?

Can somebody dumb down what exactly DNA RNA and Chromosomes are? I've been trying to read online about the Human Genome Project and stuff but I'm a brainlet I guess because it's so confusing.

Is there a collection of recorded surgeries I can watch? I've been watching a lot of animal breakdowns for cooking and am interested in humans now. Not to cook, of course. I am just interested in what human look like. I'm sure there must be educational videos for surgeons in training and morticians.

/sci/ how many of you have adhd/think you have it? Is it even a real issue or just a psychological problem you can overcome? Did any of you manage to get a STEM degree or study math with this?

I was never sure because I could always sit and focus just fine on anime or video games. Yet if I try to do things like cut grass it feels like I'd rather be killing myself than walking in a circle. This extends to studying things too, especially things with a lot of steps. I'm 27. No doctor is going to give me Adderall.

Should I care that I only got into a second-rate university?

I feel really REALLY shitty about not getting into a major Ivy League like Columbia. The people who get into Penn State, Tufts or Dartmouth are usually even made fun of as 'the kids who weren't good enough for Yale/Harvard. I couldn't get into a top tier tech school either like Cal Tech or MIT. I had circumstances that really screwed up my grades and focus and I wasn't really able to leave school with a perfect GPA. Things settled down in the beginning of junior year when I moved to a honors magnet school that only let me in because the head principal 'saw my resolve' and was impressed that I applied despite having shit grades, so I busted my ass to my very limits and got straight As until graduation, did shitton of extra curriculars, built a couple of small machines, and an internship with NASA. TO me, this was a leap that was lightyears ahead, but to people getting into Carnegie Melon or Brown it's just Tuesday. My efforts were not only not enough, but laughable. Not only this, I've visited these universities and all of these fuckers are ubermensch. Not only did these eclipse everything I did by orders of magnitude, but they are also charismatic, in great physical shape, are attractive, and are great leaders.
I feel like a fucking fool.
