Hey, nerds! Imagine you have 2 event horizons moving in on each-other without spin with singularities going directly at each-other. Let's stop at the moment they get overlapped like in pic related. They are moving close to the speed of light (some parts of space even faster if I'm not mistaken). The question is: can you go from one horizon to the next (grey to grey). Can you enter the blue zone from either horizon? What would be the forces on you if you tried to enter the blue zone at the very top? (the narrowest part)

any anons able to help a retard with equivalence relations and partitions. picrel are the questions. idk where to start for #1. i knw i have to prove the 3 axioms for equivalence, then prove Ai and A are either equivalent or disjoint, but how? what do i do with a,b e Ai?

that is given two rings R1 and R2 (with or without identity: it's not specified). If R1[x] is isomorphic to R2[y]
(No such requirement that the isomorphism sends the constant terms to constant terms),

can we deduce that R1?R2?
