What nootropics have you used? Which of them can you suggest?

Recently, I noticed my focus going down despite structuring my day better, sleeping longer and eating healthier. Any medical enhancements (like adderall) would be a nice try - thus please suggest a few and mention some side-effects you might have suffered.

Where can I learn math online that is not Common Core?

I started on Khan academy but realized immediately that something was wrong with it. Then I remember the common core debate in the US a while back and realized that was what I was looking at.

I am refreshing my math skills and want to learn the way I did in school.

estrogens and mental health

What is the current scientific explanation for women turning batshit crazy pre-menstrually or post-partum?

Currently accepted disorders:
>pre menstrual dysphoric disorder
>post partum blues/depression/psychosis

(So far 100% of the individuals I have observed exhibited prominent mood changes during menstruation, with some bordering pathological levels).

There is this known relationship between estrogen levels and neurotransmitters. And apparently female schizos/bipolars get worse symptoms in estrogen lows and require less medications on peaks, however studies are small and are not conclusive.

Is maxxing on estrogens a valid preventive psychiatric treatment?
