approach on what it's all about. For instance,
what makes circles so circular? This is about
the properties of the circle which includes pi,
how the circle is created, and certain circle
ideas from geometry. This is surface level/big
picture understanding anyone can employ
without going deep.
Or, you can use certain ideas of math as a tool
to get you an idea. For instance, how can you
tell how far the bus is from you using your hand,
your height, and how tall the bus is? Using an
actual ruler is silly, but every time you do this
you can use it for other objects far away from
you whenever you need it.
Finally, simply playing with numbers in a
formula or ideas helps in understanding how one
part relates with other parts, or how certain math
ideas function. For instance, how does the area
of the circle relate with its radius? Or, what
happens if you divide by zero?
With that said, find a nice math textbook to look
into and get yourself some help and practice
into these keys that I mentioned. You'll find it's
not too bad if you look beyond what it is.

few examples. It may help out for you, but I rather
use this with a textbook on what you're working
with.
