Are there more rational numbers than there are integers? Doesn't this prove that the Continuum Hypothesis is false?

Why is there no cure for tinnitus that is caused by loud noise insults? It seems fairly simple, just attach an electric device that auto-regulates the hearing pathway, I mean we have pace makers don't we?

>you are assigned as Chairman of state commission of science and technology of North Korean
>Kim Jong-un asks you for a project that will give you a leg up on the west
>you have no ethics do whatever crazy shit you want on humans or anything
>a lot of resources but not unlimited. It would be hard to compete with shit the west is already doing since they have a lot more resources and are ahead
>if you don't make steady progress that can be shown to him you will be executed
What science and experiments would you do?

Stupid Question about Position Vectors

In general, the position vector indicating a point in space is given by:
But if the basis vectors also depend on position, such as a curved space isn't this an implicit equation for the position vector?
Defining vectors as something on the tangent space to a point makes sense, but position vectors indicating that point in the first place seems paradoxical.

If I can write
>-4
as
>-(4),
then the equation
>1 - 4 = -3
could also be written like:
>1 - (+4)
therefore, it can also be written as:
>4 + 1 - 0 = 5
Does this mean that -3 = 5? I never understood the inconsistencies I've always been finding in math over the years.

For the people that have a bachelors in mathematics.
>What did you do after getting your bachelors?
>Was it worth it?
>What is your current work?
>How much math have you forgotten? And how does that work?
And lastly a silly question... Is mathematics really the holy grail of science? If your intention is not working with pure or applied mathematics, would you have an "edge" when you transition to another field in hard sciences?

So my IQ is 110 apparently but I'm kind of ill (IBS-C), have disorganized mind, and seem to suffer from anxiety AND depression. When I did the test I was not really that with it.. I am also a dyel and haven't been in school for awhile (7 years). Is it still possible that if I get my health and mind together I could become one of you?

I'm looking for a book that goes in depth in all the various aspects of combustion engines, from material science and alloy construction, to chemistry of combustion, to physics of rotation of the parts such as the crankshaft etc. Does anyone know of a book like this? I'd prefer a book that focuses on a single engine design instead of general design of engines but will settle for any
