We know the universe has a preferred special reference frame where CMB is not doppler shifted, let's call it A frame.
it could just be the case that "causality cannot be violated for reference frame A"
then, FTL is absolutely possible and the universe is perfectly coherent, and every time paradox to some observers can be explained in a singular way.
