None whatsoever, but your entire conception of what "real" could possibly even mean is shaped by "this". Any attributes you could assign to "real" will be based on attributes of this thing that you are in. If this is not "real", then what are you talking about? What else could there be that is nothing like this? Even your thought experiments of how none of this could be real, simply take all of this and move it one level up, so that the only difference between what there is here, and what is "real", is entirely contrived.

On the other hand, there are more real numbers than natural numbers because of "Cantor's diagonal argument". Similar to how unintuitively there is an equal number of rational numbers and natural numbers, there is an equal number of complex numbers and real numbers.
