My Math (and remembering skills) are completely awful. I can do my add and subtractions just fine, but when I goto the more advanced (for me (i am retarded)) stuff comes along like dividing I just don't get it and when I do finally kind of get it, the next day, I just forget.

Also off-topic, but how do I remember things that I don't have 100% interest in? I could probably tell you useless bullshit about games and entertainment but when I need to remember things like Maths or other things practical it just doesn't stay in my head.

You spaced repetition and constantly call on that memory. This is a straight forward and dirty way to memorise discrete things. But without a deeper understanding to connect these discrete memories you will not be able to put them together or recognise when to use which. For example you could rote practice long division, but during the exam those memories will be activated if you are presented with the cues you practiced for long division.

same about the lit stuff, I really think you learn a lot more from history, philosophy, and literature on your own & the internet than going to a garbage program at uni, and why even waste money on majoring in any garbage degree. Adrafinil is the only one I've taken that obviously works, with effects noticeable in 30 minutes. It's like a steady sip of caffeine that lasts all day.

A bunch of others are purported to increase your intelligence slowly over time (eg gotu kola), but that's harder to measure.

0. Good sleep and nutrition. Your brain needs macros and micros to run, feed it those things. I recommend eating a lot of meat, some vegetables, some carbs, some fruits, some greens. It mostly will cover everything you need.
1. Nicotine. The default substance. Run this shit always and dont think. It is safe, effective as a short term stimulant and as a long term nootropic. Treat it like coffee - you take coffee when you feel like, take nicotine the same way.
2. Racetams are okay, but a bit redundant with nicotine.

Blacks and white have different disparities across the board. Black people usually have a greater chance of dying from an illness than a white person but that is mainly due to socio-economic factors rather than genetic factors.

The same way the genetics of a pathogen make it more os less virulent, the genetics of a host make them more or less prone to worst outcomes. Races/ethnicities are born out of human population who got isolated from others and kept breeding until certain genotypes got way more common than others. As races/ethnicities have more similar genetics, it's no surprise that certain pathogens affect them more heavily or more lightly when compare to others.
