Hypothetically speaking. If you were to sit on a planet that experiences intense gravitational time dilation eg like the scene in Interstellar where they went to the water planet near the black hole, you would age very slowly and hypothetically if, you were an observer from said planet, and you could somehow receive information from earth at an infinite speed, it would look as if earth was speeding up and aging faster.
Now the question is, since light is unaffected by time and moves at the same speed every time, would it mean the planet near the black hole you are staying on, would be bombarded by photons and light at a faster rate when compared to the rate of bombardment of light you could experience on earth?
