There are not infinitely many natural numbers
>but then name the biggest one
Who says there has to be a biggest one? The well-ordering prinicple is an axiom not a theorem.
>well then.... I..... OMG NO

Thoughts on this argument?

University

No.14139325 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I am currently applying to university in the UK and i have no fucking clue what i wan't to do.
Anything out of the realm of STEM, Medicine, and NHS specified jobs is basically a road to low pay/unemployment.
I am considering doing CS but have been told that it's shit now and over-saturated - companies either send work offshore or hire coding bootcampers.

Did Electrical Engineering for a semester before and hated it so that has definitely put me off Engineering in general even though there is still an inclination inside me to try another discipline - i have thought about Civil or Mechanical. I loved the theory in Electrical, but was just terrible at timed lab/group work. I also hate how Engineers are kinda looked down upon here - people think an Engineer here means a gas boiler repairman and not somebody with a degree.

Biology is another thing that peaks my interest, but like Business and Economics (something else i enjoy) there is no employment i think based on my research.

What do? :(
