If you have extreme features, is it best to procreate with someone who has the opposite of those problems? Like, if you have a short nose, should you procreate with someone who has a long nose? Or if you have eyes too far apart, try to find a mate who has eyes really close together?

my immune system is shit in general, when i get sick it takes a while to clear up, especially during the colder months. but what the fuck man? this whole experience is probably worse than catching covid, especially since i already had the 2 first shots. not antivaxxtard btw, just an annoying situation

Have to reference this specific book and the library doesn't have it and I don't have access to any university databases which have it available online either.
I'm essentially begging to be spoonfed here but how can I get the PDF of this specific book without paying $100s of dollars
