Is it possible to create a virus that targets the biology of non-whites (Non Proto-indo-european genetics) like targeting sickle cells or certain halpogroups could it also target mixed people without affecting PIE? And if it is possible could it be engineered in a way that makes it look like it came about naturally and wasn't created by humans? What equipment would one need theoretically speaking to create it and how do you make sure it doesn't evolve to target europonid genetics?
