I came up with a problem which is a mixture of computer science and math.

>write a mathematical expression in 100 characters or less
>infinitely powerful AI writes a computer program that calculates your expression to arbitrary precision in the most optimal/fastest possible time
>the problem: which mathematical expression implies the maximum calculation time for a given precision?

You can use basic math operations and functions, for example the expression could be something like (sqrt(2)^(1/7)))^(1.23^arctan(0.7))
