Viruses exist.
I've had this weird feeling of pressure on my chest, low energy and occasional shortness of breath for years with my vision blacking out a bit sometimes and needing to take a moment to catch my breath if I get up and step out of the shower really quick for example but when I went to get checked the doctor just listened in on my beat for a few seconds and went "nah it's fine dw about it" and told me to go home.
Am I overreacting? I've never actually fainted or anything but I don't think it's normal to lose your breath like this.
