Then just add the components to get the vector <460, -40, -1080>, which has a magnitude of approximately 1174.56.
tan(a)=-40/460, so the angle between the x axis and the resultant force is about -0.867 radians or
cos(b)=-1080/1174.56, so the angle with the z-axis is 2.73 radians

Obviously the angles are retarded and should be fixed, but I'm like 90% sure I made a mistake somewhere else anyway and can't be arsed to make it look pretty.

I took an introductory physics class in community college before I dropped out

There was some vector equation for two forces and I don't remember it but the answer is probably somewhere in the middle so I'm going to say.... 640 N

Also N stands for newtons according to that class I barely remember

You missed the point of my post. There is no such thing as an incel. It's all mental. Even people with deformations find love. Incel rhetoric is based on faulty reasoning. For me I struggled with mental issues that made me subconsciously hate myself and self-sabotage. When women would approach me or show interest I sabotaged and repressed reciprocation because I didn't believe I was worth it. I've only gotten out of that pit. Being able to love other people starts with loving yourself.

So I'm working on a little project and I know that multiple wires can hold more than just one. What I'm curious about is how much does the tensile strength go up with multiple things? Be they clamps, wires, whatever. Say one can hold 100, would two hold 200? Or is it more nuanced?
