Can we actually control our thoughts? Aren't they parameterized by observations in the real world through neurons and therefore determined by what you observed?

why do i see some lights dancing in the sky? i know they aren't stars but these satellites or weather balloons wiggle way too much. the distance they cover dancing around makes no sense because it must be a huge distance.

tldr: why do some lights wiggle in the sky?

Hey guize. I'm playing around trying to make a simple online predictor using an RNN. I am playing around with TF and found out a few things, but I can't seem to find anything about online learning RNN. Somehting like, providing one data point from a series at a time to train the neural network for future predictions.
Does anyone remember seeing anything on that? Sauce would be greatly appreciated (for some reason tensorflow.org is not working for me rn).
