How related is this system in humans to the structure/anatomy of jellyfish?

Is there a way to fix near sightedness whithout glasses, eye surgery or contactleses? Can you become near sighted because of malnutrition, and fix it by taking enough vitamins?

Know very little about this topic, but I know of Moore's law and that silver's conductive properties make it theoretically possible to have single atom switches. Are single-atom silver transistors the best we could make? Is that something that's already happening and I'm just retarded? Was mainly considering it from a DD perspective on buying silver, but I wanted to ask some actual /sci/entists about it. Thanks.

I understand that a capacitor has a -90 degrees phase shift of the voltage compared to current. But how does this translate to a phase shift of the output voltage to the source voltage in an RC low pass filter? Without the resistor there the voltage across the capacitor is in phase to the source, only the current leads the voltage. Also looking for recommendations for good sources on complex impedance, phase shift, etc.
