Hi let me tell you the story of how I had an absolute mental crisis because of what a pastor said about the creation of the universe.

Some months ago I got curious about the idea of the existence of God and so I looked up a few videos online about the topic.

There was this one video where the pastor speaking said that if God does not exist then scientifically speaking it is more likely that the universe is really just your mind thinking that it is observing your life and so everything you see and know is fake.

This freaked me the fuck out and for the next couple of days I felt really out of my mind, like I was no longer sure of anything, it was terrible.

Anyways what do you think Anons?

That will be $50, 000 dollars for the license + $15, 000 per year for extra license fees until you need to renew the original license fee which will be more than $50, 000 by the time you renew.

Do you have a PhD in chemistry or biochem? Do you have significant experience and a strong record in teaching chem or biochem at the college level?
Then YOU TOO can be an Assistant Adjunct Professor at UCLA!

Transmission Line Help

No.14315911 ViewReplyOriginalReport
For a half wave transmission line (gamma/2):

Given impedances: ZL = 40 ohms (unnormalized)
Z0 = 10 ohms
VSWR = 4

Given smith chart points:
Point A: 1 + 1.4j at 0.1703*gamma
Point B: 0.32 + 0j at 0*gamma
Point C: 4 + 0j at 0.25*gamma
Point D: 1-1.4j at 0.3205*gamma

Out of these four values, which ones have the possible values for d and Xs? (there are two possible answers; also, Xs is not a stub.)

Please explain how this problem works. Thanks.

why is post-secondary education in the US so expensive? even crappy state schools have ridiculous tuition, and at times force you to live on campus for part of your degree which makes it cost even more.

Indian hunger categorization

No.14315917 ViewReplyOriginalReport
This just makes too much sense to not be true. Is there any scientific basis for it?

Tamasic hunger: deep and inertial, at the expense of intensity. Enjoys dark, browned, and heavy foods. Beef, coffee, caramel, plums, dried apricots, cinnamon. Enjoys dark sugar. Bread, especially whole wheat

Rajasic hunger: intense, but shallow and shorter lasting. Enjoys lighter meats (pork thru fish). Enjoys sour salty and umami flavors. Prefers rice.

Sattvic hunger: subtle and almost not there, eating solely for sustenance. Non addictive and little sense of satisfaction upon sating the hunger. Made up mostly of reproductive foods. Milk, fruit, sugar, and small lentils.
