Is (IQ * hyper motivation) an evolutionary strategy that is epigenetically activated to compensate for poor genetic symmetry expression during gestation?
...
Poor genetic unravelling and high copy error rates cause physically unattractive faces/asymmetrical/poorer physical health/physical quality in combat which lower mating choice and competitiveness.

It comes with a huge cost to push the iq over two standard deviations so it doesn't make sense that it would be optimised for by default.

So it has been selected for selectively, lying dormant until it's triggered epigenetically as a compensation strategy.

Verbal short term memory?

No.14332966 ViewReplyOriginalReport
My short term verbal memory is in the 99th percentile. I’d like to know how this skill can transfer to fluid situations, and what the perks are for having a high verbal working memory capacity.

The bible thoughts

What if the bible was written by an intellectual who wanted to fuck with the emotional, and stupid and other smart people. What if he was a
Machiavelli and just a sadistic intellectual, with a extremely depth understanding of emotions and story telling lol and it was multiple of them. Big if true and based. If some dude used his fingers to count and create the use for maths what probability is it this is not true.

Slowing Down and Speeding Up Recorded Sound

No.14333765 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I used to think it was incorrect when audio that was slowed down would sound deeper, but now I realize that by slowing it down, you are literally shifting down all the frequencies in the frequencies in the audio by elongating the waves. When you watch this video, whenever he replays a clip in slow motion, you can hear this really odd background noise. I've heard this background noise before when I was playing Star Wars: Battlefront II on PCSX2. When I would press the key to slow down the gameplay, I would hear this exact same noise in the background. Why is it that this weird noise always occurs when slowing things down?
