to elaborate on this, my thought process is that since it's theorized that the 4th dimension is time, if time moved diagonally it'd take longer for it to progress because it'd take longer for it to get from A to B in terms of distance travelled as opposed to it going in a straight direction.

Are nutritional supplements actually effective?
Every package of vitamins always has a disclaimer saying they aren't evaluated for their statements like "boosts immune system" or "for bone support," and I've also heard that your body doesn't even absorb most of it and you end up pissing most of the vitamins out anyway.

Short answer yes
If your doctor says you are deficient in a specific nutrient, they will likely prescribe nutritional supplements for that specific nutrient

However, they aren't some super cure and you won't actually benefit your body by taking more than the recommended daily amount
A lot of vitamins don't do the things that health nuts say they do, like vitamin C doesn't cure sickness if you already are sick

It does if you stay positive :) and yeah its not meant to be a super cure. Just something your body can use to naturally fight off disease while others use meds. It gives you an advantage over an unhealthy populace.
