It is widely reported that the euphoria from capsaicin is a result of endorphins released in response to the pain, but is this actually true? Someone should do an intravenous capsaicin study and see if the pain is actually necessary to feel the effects.

How come these 3 Southwestern states with a large Hispanic population tend to have a higher-than-average college educated population, but also a lower-than-average high-school educated population? This specific pattern doesn't occur in the rest of the country, including similar states like New Mexico and Nevada. What do you think causes this?

/sci/ I am so fucking scared of heart disease. I've been all over the map. I was vegan for 2 years. Basically now:
>cook 90% of own food
>all beef is minimally organic (no hormones, eats more grass)
>maximally my beef supply is a local organic 100% grass fed grass finish (85% lean ground)
>dairy is locally sourced only (mostly grass fed no hormones)
>take quality fish oil or krill oil
>eat a very basic diet
>do not smoke
>do not drink alcohol
>do a lot of exercise
>do not eat deep fried foods
>limit oils to quality olive, coconut, avocado, homemade grass fed ghee
>eat mostly organic on the dirty dozen & grains
>incoroprate beans & whole grains (protein rich) into almost every meal to reduce meat consumption in general
>basically do not consume added sugar in anything
has any anons followed the literature? vegans are clearly blinded by their faith but on the other hand this keto/carnivore lifestyle does not seem sustainable in the long run even though there are some compelling arguments to that approach.
the main actors in this discussion seem to be
>vegans blinded by their cult approach
>heart association which seems to be the mouthpiece of big agriculture
>keto shills who the dairy, meat, and egg industry obviously love

Why can I crack my knuckles repeatedly

I posted this on /adv/, but no one is replying so i will post it here
Everytime I look up anything about popping/cracking your knuckles, I always read that you can only do it once and then you have to wait it out. Well then why can I do it repeatedly, I just sort of squeeze both of my hands into a fist and then stretch them out and repeat and Everytime without fail there's a crack. The only why I stop is because my hands get tired, but if they didn't I could go on for a long time.
Here's a vocaroo for those who would like to hear it: https://voca.ro/17NGUFyQ76vC
I know the audio sounds weird, I think it's because I am mainly cracking both my hands at the same time but either way I hope you guys can help me figure this out.
