Is it possible for something to happen here at the exact same time as something on the other end of the universe!?

For example, right now this second as I am writing this, is something happening on an alien world millions of light years away at the exact same time? Or, does the distance involved between earth and the other planet mean nothing can happen at the same time on either world? I hope I'm explaining this properly, it's something I always wondered. Pic unrelated

Trigonometric clusterfuck integral.
Took me about 40 minutes, this will take you on a fun ride on trig identities, complex numbers and even Eulers (oilers) number makes a cameo.

Have fun

Cognitive deficits in people who have recovered from COVID-19

Enjoy losing your small cognitive reserve, /sci/
https://www.thelancet.com/journals/eclinm/article/PIIS2589-5370(21)00324-2/fulltext

>The scale of the observed deficit was not insubstantial; the 0.47 SD global composite score reduction for the hospitalized with ventilator sub-group was greater than the average 10-year decline in global performance between the ages of 20 to 70 within this dataset. It was larger than the mean deficit of 480 people who indicated they had previously suffered a stroke (?0.24SDs) and the 998 who reported learning disabilities (?0.38SDs).

>For comparison, in a classic intelligence test, 0.47 SDs equates to a 7-point difference in IQ.
