Depends on your work ethic and study/practice habits. For the degree itself specifically, you can be average and do it if you prioritize it. Regarding IQ in general, you need a high IQ to actually build new shit the world has never seen before, synthesize complex information, and things like that. If you're just looking to be some wagie engineer at a random company, you just need to have an average IQ (or more specifically non-retardation) and be able to stick to a task. If you're mildly attractive physically and/or the way you carry yourself, you'll probably even beat out people with 10-15 IQ points higher than you.

You can look up the different average IQ's of engineers. I believe an electrical engineers average IQ is around 124. It would be best to be a bit above that. If you're below the average it will become harder. But I'm not sure what the minimum is, I could guess it's around 110-115. If your IQ is around that then you're going to have a hard time.

To be fair Roy is actually a pretty smart guy, I think he initially had some skepticism in good faith (like 30 years ago) and kind of fell in with the wrong crowd, then published some papers which in retrospect weren't that great.
He the got completely addicted to the attention and money the American right started throwing at him for his contrarian views. At this point his career as a scientist is pretty much over, no one in the field takes him seriously any more so he's added intelligent design gifting to his resume. At least that heartland institute salary is fucking good though right?

janssen seemed strong as fuck and had pretty crazy side effects for people at the time of my first shot (it had been pulled temporarily.) I liked the two dose regimen because I could put more time in between and going with pfizer for what I believe is the weakest - overall potentially reducing side effects.
