There are only 2 logical possibilities, either the universe has existed in some form for an infinitely long time, or at some point everything that has ever existed has just popped out of nothing.
Fuck lets take a look at that nothing, because again there are only two logical possibilities. Either space continues for an infinitely long distance or you will eventually hit some kind of... space wall? And what would be on the other side of that space wall in the middle of nothing? Actual nothing?
Lets take a look at time, either you can divide a second up an infinite amount of times, or time works like a movie does and is just a bunch of still frames played really fucking fast. Which would imply everything from motion not really existing to "your" lifespan being like a trillionth of a second or less. What ever 1 frame would be.
Infinity exists, full stop. I get that it is a crazy thing to consider, but the ramifications of infinity not existing would be far far more absurd.
