How big of an effect do you think early life nutrition has on IQ? I'll use myself as an example. I was born healthy as fuck and had an objectively perfect nutrition until 10-12 years of age where i developed add(adhd), got fat and depressed due to the school enviroment, which made my diet more limited and higher in calories.
I tested my IQ at 18 years of age and got 92-102. How many points do you think got knocked off due to these factors?

It is pivotal. This is actually the domain of my current academic research, and it is not only 'early life nutrition’ that is impactful. Maternal nutrition throughout gestation is arguably more important than early life. In fact, I am convinced that maternal nutrition is magnitudes more important.

I know that breast feeding is 2~ iq/year up to age 8.
From my understanding the early years play a much bigger role than 10-12+, but I don't know the exact specifics. Personally Itested 125 at 14, 129 at 17 and 137 at 24, despite having a diet of processed food and sugar.

This a good 15 points higher than the average in your country.
Also you likely come from hunter/gather ancestors, which are prone to adhd (having lots of energy in hunter gather setting = good), so I doubt your nutrition played a role in that.
