Is it legal in the US to diy a test tube baby? Like say my gf and I wanted to make our own baby and an artificial womb and “grow” our child instead of giving birth to it? We could better control nutrition and environmental risks. The upsides would be immense.

I need to build a faraday cage for myself to chill inside. I'm extremely sensitive to radiation. They put a 5g tower up near me, and it feels like my head is boiling inside. I'm not joking/trolling. I genuinely need help. I'm staying with my parents for now, because I can't go back to my apartment. I want to build a faraday cage for myself until I can find a new place. It doesn't have to be much bigger than a kennel. If someone can successfully guide me through the process of building one, I'll pay you. I'm kind of a dumb ass, so I need very thorough instructions. I'm thinking of studying medicine and engineering in the United States, and seeing some photos of a friend who is in Suzhou, I started thinking about how many job opportunities or setting up a company I could have in some city in China. Although that is not my question.
I want to know if China is going to be the future in science and technology to see if I start learning the language as soon as possible.
Should I go for anesthesia, do the 4-year residency, and have a somewhat stable, well-paying, and happy albeit possibly boring, end-of-the-line career?
Or should I go into emergency, do the 3-year residency, see all the crazy, fucked-up shit that society has to offer (which draws me in for some reason) and feel like a real doctor but also burn out by the time I'm 40 and call it quits?
Also, EM makes more $$$ per hour, and rural shops especially make bank.
Anesthesiology is pretty bad ass too, but you lose your "real doctor" skills and knowledge of general medicine.
Thought I was set on anesthesia, but now I'm worried.
