You literally don't care about artists incomes, you just want free art. There is no other reason to be having this argument in a patreon thread for pirating patreon art. An artist could spend 8 hours making an artwork that 100 people pay a dollar to see or they could spend 8 hours making an artwork that one person spends 100 dollars to see. In the first case they can draw what they want, in the second case, they have to draw what the customer wants, as well as deal with revisions and whatever picky bullshit the customer comes up with in the process. 8 hours usually becomes more like 12-14 hours. Meanwhile in the first scenario, maybe more people continue to pledge for that art and it continues to earn money. Commissions are bullshit.
