Travel (top right corner has an option for it) to his garage and lie. You can get him to take off his shirt and start giving him a handy before someone walks in.
On day 2 when you get your own phone you can call him again when its not morning and tell him you have information. He'll tell you to meet him at the park that afternoon.
Do whatever until the afternoon and then go meet him. Tell him you can't speak in public and go into the bathroom. In the bathroom kiss him and when your nearly caught by a police officer you'll hide in a stall with him. Seize the moment and you can start giving him a handy again. The scene is currently bugged and stops early on. Someone extracted the text on the F95 forum and revealed that if you have enough domination points with Bret you can rim him during this scene (but as I said, its bugged currently).
You can also get a semi-gay scene with Tommy (your cousin). You need to have incest and gay/bi content enabled. On day 2 when you enter the shower you can bump into Tommy (Megan can also be encountered here). If Tommy is showering you can watch him, then hug him before he puts a towel on.
