Those are more inline with computer science. If you just want to learn about the language and database just learn them elsewhere. You can also just waltz into any classroom and email any professor. Computer engineering has these classes(except web dev) but you will also spend time on learning low levels stuff as requirement more than you probably need immediately, and these high level CS stuff are electives mostly and taught by CS teacher with other CS students. Most of the other half is shared with Electric Engr, and a small fraction with ME. Your school and dept's adviser and counselor can answer these questions as well so do use them.

With the internet, blockchain technology, and global direct democracy, would humanity be a cybernetic hivemind organism?

This thread is retarded. Why issue clearance to ape-like IQ members? A democracy is composed of its best participants in a traditional sense (stfu intrusive thought). Perhaps that would be determined by some selective intelligence tests? Isn't it obvious that most people are useless breathers eaters shitters? Why would non-technical people make technical decisions?

Blockchain technology does have potential with regards to social technology; and the chief vector wherewithal is that they can serve as more highly robust means of accounting that is easy for multiple parties to agree too. In other words, the possibility of instantiating corporate forms without the necessity of reference to a central authority. Or in other words, the future is cyberfeudalism.

Is 14g 4.5-5cm needle enough for NCD or is it too short?
Chest wall between 4th and 5th rib is thinner than between 2nd and 3rd, but transportation can cause more problems, or so I've been reading.
Military and medical personnel use a 14ga 8cm needle but its seldom available for civilians.
