For low instruction people it seems they just have the tendency to mistrust anything said by authority, as they had troubles listening to the authority of class earlier on, the teacher. Later on it becomes mistrust for government.
People in the middle listen to social rules - wether those make sense or not - and thanks to that it's undeniable that they will get a benefit. If you follow the standard route you will most likely get a good job, good position and so on. So they probably have a bias in wanting to listen to those rules without really thinking if they are all good.
High instruction/iq people solved many complex problem in life and realized that sometimes the proper solution is complex and needs many adjustements along the way. So they have a reasonable degree of doubt.
