Diet question here.

Let's say you're cutting weight at a deficit of 500kcal per day and your body is trying to down-regulate your energy consumption in response, but you're still forcing yourself to go through the same physical activities you've always done and the people around you at work, while hanging out, school, etc. are all saying you're putting in the same effort, or as close to that as makes no difference How could someone not lose weight doing that?

I don't understand how what Peter Attia is saying squares up with conservation of energy and mass. Where's the energy coming from?

Are heroin overdose deaths painful? I read somewhere you pass out but you feel your stomache rupture and bleed out into your body and it's extremely painful.

How do you guys cope with the knowledge that climate apocalypse is coming within our lifetimes and that we're all going to witness the collapse of human civilisation due to extreme climate change, possibly even the extinction of humanity? There's no point having kids or building a career or doing anything long-term because it's all going to be for nothing when the apocalypse comes. Fuck man, I seriously don't know how to deal with this information. Reading about climate change is the most blackpilling shit possible.

Is reading still the best option to reliably syphon large amounts of information into your brain? It seems so antiquated, but I would say it has listening to something or watching a documentary or something still beaten, even if I'm not sure why.

What is the best vaccine that wouldn't destroy my body?

No.13508902 ViewReplyOriginalReport
It's serious. The German government is reducing the rights of unvacced people, and my friends don't want to hang out with me anymore. I don't want to infest my DNA with this proto-genetherapy mRNA vaccines. If it were for myself I would never take the Covid vaccine simply because it would expire in a year or so. But as time goes by the government is turning us unvacced into second-class citizins . The only vaccine on top of my head that is not mRNA-based and available is Johnson & Johnson but it would stop being available in September. Should I get it before it's too late?

What is the importance of the IPCC to actual climate change research?

Is it just a body that summaries other findings?
