this post will be a bit messy, ill make a list of the stuff im reading now and explain why im losing my sanity. >block universe, eternal inflation(multiverses),poincare recurrence implies eternal repetition, open and empty individualism, phsycalism implies eternalism and panphsycism.,
now, i know these things can be true all at the same time, but at least couple must be true.Am I quantum immortal?is conciousness eternal? is there any eternal oblivion after death?is it temporary, after which ill be botlzmnnian-ly immortal?
>sleep Segmented >wear red laser glasses 2-3h before sleep, and inbetween cores, while staring at a PDF on the screen that has minimal brightness >do kegels when possible >30min yoga upon waking up >150 pushups after yoga (some normal, some handstand) >eat 75% fat diet, avoid anything with low nutritional content or containing antinutrients (bread, most vegs), eat only organic
For me, i can get all the AD i want, don't start saying "it is bad for you" i already took Prozac, Venlafaxine, Escitalopram and got no side effects, but i seek AD for a simple reason, some can help with decreasing appetite, Prozac really helped me the first month but since then it does nothing to me anymore its basically placebo tier now, i have two AD that i really wanna try, Fluvoxamine ( Luvox ) or Cymbalta ( Duloxetine )
Fluvoxamine is a SSRI and i feel like its the closest to Fluoxetine ( Prozac ) in term of effects, it can lead to weight loss and increased motivation apparently and has a good half life of around 30 hours, Cymbalta on the other hand is a SNRI and i think its better for Motivation since it also helps with the Norepinephrin, but apparently it has a lot more side effects and a very short half life of 11 hours which is really bad, it means i always have to take the pill at the same time whereas with prozac forgetting pills for 2 or 3 days isn't really a big problem
If the yellowstone volcano erupted, what would happen to north america, and especially what would happen to people living far off deep in the rocky mountains? Who would survive? Where would people have the best chances of survival also?
Will increasing the speed of things you listen to and trying to think/do tasks faster increase your IQ? Just constantly forcing yourself into an environment that's moving much faster wouldn't you eventually adapt to think faster?
>overestimated myself and thought i could get through a chapter a day because the chapters were "only" 30 pages long >don't have enough time to spend a week per chapter but only need enough to get working knowledge to pass an interview
What's the science on how some people like the taste of certain foods while others are repulsed by it?
I can't eat raw tomatoes. They taste too sour for me. I'm trying to train myself to like them but it just doesn't seem to work yet.
Is this due to genetics? Can you force yourself to enjoy the taste of something?
