In a large jar (1L or more) measure out an amount of corn that fills it up to 80%. Boil the corn normally for 1 hour in a pan (don't use chlorinated tap water if you live in a shithole). Decant the water and put the corn back in the jar. Put the lid on loosely so gas expansion and water vapour can leave the jar. Get a large cooking pot that fits the jar with the pot lid on. Fill pot for 10-20% with water (exact amount doesn't matter just make sure it doesn't boil to dryness). Put jar inside, bring to boil and let it simmer at low power for another 2 hours to sterilise the corn. Take jar out of pot, let it cool overnight. In a still air environment (close all doors and windows an hour before you start, turn off airco etc. you can use your kitchen), make the lid loose, but don't take it off yet. Sterilise a hobby knife by flame until red hot, let it cool in the air. Once cool, use it to scrape off some spores from the print. You really need very very small amount, they should ball up a little, size is grain of very fine aquarium sand. Use tip of knife to pick up sporeball. In a smooth but swift motion, use one hand to tilt lid off slightly, other hand to put spores inside jar (tap the knife so the ball of spores falls in). Close jar quickly afterwards. Wait several weeks, a white mycelium growth should appear. After a few weeks of growth break apart and spread by shaking jar to speed of colonization of the jar. When jar fully colonized, open lid and spray lightly with water to bring into fruiting conditions (repeat every day until pinheads form). Mushrooms should appear in the following weeks. After first harvest fill jar with water and soak 12h, decant and restart by bringing in fruiting condition. Alternatively can increase harvest my multitudes by pouring grain spawn into monotub, look it up if interested.
