How important is the physical appearance of a scientist in practice? I know a bunch of autists will reply with their purist ideas, but if you go have a look at who is and isn't successful then you might get the idea that looks matter even if you think they shouldn't.

Is there proof that Middle-Easterners and South Asians are genetically less intelligent than White people?
There's a lot of prood for Black people, but what about Brown people? (they're genetically ~10 times closer to White people).
