>>13544413I don't say you must not take stimulant drugs. I assume that you're an adult.
However, stimulant drugs are now pushed on four and five-year-olds who react much more sensibly to that kind of chemical 'intervention' and eventually get to suffer of considerably more serious long-term effects like epileptic attacks, heart rhythm disorders and even full-blown heart disorders. Yes, children on ritalin and adderall died of heart attacks. It's often not brought into connection with the stimulants and parents can't sue the pharmaceutical companies since heart disorders are listed as possible side effects of ritalin, adderall etc. The drugs also facilitate future drug abuse by operating as an gateway drug. If you're already on amphetamines, there's no reason not to try out other amphetamines like meth or other stuff that is chemically similar like heroin.
I only state this because I myself have had experience with being prescribed Ritalin and I did NOT enjoy that experience. After some weeks, I simply refused taking it. It's also an utterly corrupt industry that pushes stimulant drugs on kids ignoring a great number of studies that show that stimulant drugs don't really improve children's behavior, at least in the way expected by society.

Even if this only happens on a nearly subconscious level. Otherwise, if you're struggling with concentration. You should maybe think about whether or not you're actually interested in doing what you're doing right now. This mostly concerns your future education plans.
