Not responsibilities, per se, unless you consider nutrition and some level of physical movement to be part of those responsibilities. Breathe outdoor air, make sure you're not sitting for too long, give your eyes a break from looking at papers and screens.

As far as I remember, he(and some other countries leaders) actually wanted to impose a travel ban from China, and then media went full retards and started posting articles about "how travel ban is RAYYYYYCISSSS" and "muh international students" and he faced massive backlash because of that. The WHO saying that masks don't work(or some other shit, I honestly don't remember) in January didn't help it either. But yeah, he still could have done a lot better imho.
