They find a convincing link between race and IQ based on a systematic review of 30 years of IQ research conducted globally. Please don't post any blogs or magazine articles. Only meta-analyses and systematic reviews from psychology journals, preferably endorsed by the APA like the one I am posting below.

If our sense of place is purely dependent on our brain, wouldn't this mechanism be reproducible? Like waking up, snapping out from unconsciousness or coma, we would wake up in this consciousness however eons it takes..
Recreating conscious beings would be the most ethically logical thing to do.

Ever since I quit smoking 3 months ago, I've been having frequent insomnia.
I'll go to bed. Sleep for a few hours. Wake up, then toss and turn for hours, until I fall asleep again early in the morning for a couple more hours.
I think my insomnia is probably related to my ADHD. I know that nicotine and coffee are supposed to suppress and help with the symptoms. But both of those are out of the window.

Does this ever improve? It's been 3 months already. I'm seriously considering smoking again to medicate the insomnia.
