what does muscle “bubbling” means? i get it sometimes like a few times throughout a day

i guess these are spasms or twitches maybe?

but it doesnt hurt or anything and only lasts for a second or 2.

best i can describe it is it just feels life as if water bubbles would be popping like when they reach the surface like when youre boiling water or open a soda or sparkling water, but its under my skin and i feel it move/pop
