>The Spike is inherently bad and the reason why COVID even matters to begin with - or do you disagree there too?I don't think the nucleocapsid is benign, but if subsequent injections with the spike protein does lead to problems, and a lot of spike proteins are needed for a durable immune response, then a different vaccine is needed (whether it's a different style from the mRNA but still uses the spike protein, a la Novavax, which presumably needs a much lower protein payload for a durable immune response, or a new that focuses on another component of the virus).
