Are there any artists on /cm/?
I have an idea for a very short and simple animation. I know a lot about putting animations together as I have done it before, but I cannot actually draw at all myself so am hoping to find an artist who might want to collaborate, I could even pay a small amount if need be.
I've worked with other artists before, usually they trade the man hours drawing on a project of mine if I teach them all the various techniques and technical know-how, but they end up quitting once they have the information and don't need me anymore.
This one would be a short cute male story set to a nice song I found that the artist told me I could use.

Gundam G no Reconguista and Free! are my favorite anime with /cm/ content. Both of those shows are upbeat and refreshing, in a way that is similar to me, but that I can't put my finger on.
Similar stuff I've seen that comes to mind, would be Haikyuu!!, Food Wars!, Tsuritama, and maybe Yuri on Ice? (I haven't finished Yuri for some reason, so I can't say). Maybe also No. 6, Karneval, My Hero Academia, and Magi: In the Labyrinth of Magic ... but none of those quite meet the bar set by Free! and Reconguista, for me. The closest might be No. 6, on the strength of the romance between the main characters, but that show is slightly a downer.
Anyway, sorry, I feel like I can't really describe what I mean, and I also feel like what I'm looking for is very specific. Please bear with me.
It's not that I'm looking specifically for gay/fujo content either, in Reconguista, Bellri is straight, and there isn't any male x male type content, but Bellri's character design and personality are insanely cute (first one in vid related)

It may be that I'm looking for extremely high quality animation as well, which I consider both Reconguista and Free! to have.
