>>93031852>She literally has one character trait and that is skater girl.Nah that's bullshit.
Like others have pointed out, she has many qualities - they're just all (so far) nice, so people kinda don't count them.
She's a skater girl, yes.
She's also interested in the ocean, history books, Love Sentence.
She's kinda grungey, skates, all those piercings, so chill - and yet has a strong romantic streak, dresses to the glorious, glittering nines for her date, gets starry-eyed at Marco, wants to pursue a good date. She's eager for romance.
She's a go-getter, willing to take initiative. She's the one who asked Marco to the school dance, and later asked him to go on a "real date" with her when the dance didn't meet her expectations. When she wants something, she's open about it and goes for it.
She's also open about her emotions and good about talking; when Marco spills out all of his awkwardness or spergs out, she's understanding and knows how to comfort him. She's not frightened or unsettled by awkwardness, she can listen. She's also not very judgmental and gives second chances.
She values perseverance and tenacity, however. The reason she gave for liking Marco is that he doesn't give up, even in the face of humiliation and defeat. It's interesting that she doesn't value coolness or such, but stamina.
She wants to be understood and appreciated. She got properly interested in Marco after he said she deserves someone who wants to get to know her and appreciates her. Maybe she feels that people only see her hot, chill surface and not the personality within.
She also is very brave. She fought against Ludo's rats with great spirit.
She also has gotten very excited about teaching Marco to skate, and about surfing on magical creatures.
She has a lot of personality. You just ignore it, because she's not as hyper as Star or as snarky as Janna. But she's exceptionally chill and cheerful, not easily shaken. It's valuable and rare, but gets ignored because it's "boring".
